  Ron Katims
  Ron retired as CEO of Navieras de Puerto Rico, the large US flag shipping
  company. He was formerly Vice President of Engineering and Purchasing at Sea-
  Land, where he participated in the development of the industry’s first container 
  vessels, as well as the design of containers and container handling equipment,
  and President of Container Transport Technology, a provider of consulting services
  to the intermodal industry. He is a teacher of distinction, holding the Crowley Chair in
  logistics (2006/2007) at the United States Merchant Marine Academy; serving as
  lecturer at the World Trade Institute, the Shanghai Maritime University and the World
  Bank.
