Project Summary

The Center for Special Operations at MacDill AFB is a 96,000 sq-ft, 3-story, high-security command and control center that supports administrative, intelligence, operations, and planning functions.  The facility meets DoD SCIF standards with numerous internal Controlled Areas.  The JOC and JPG/ITF are the nerve center, focused on information monitoring and dissemination.  A large video wall, secure Battle Bridge for SOCOM command/leadership with several VTC systems, an open floor design for a large staff, perimeter walled offices, planning/breakout rooms, and classified/unclassified communications infrastructure are provided throughout the facility.  The JOC operates 24/7.
