TranSystems announces the addition of Mark DeLorenzo to its Orlando office. DeLorenzo brings more than 22 years of construction inspection experience. In his new role as Florida construction services leader, Mark will assist Florida clients and teaming partners with construction inspection and Design/Build services.
DeLorenzo comes to TranSystems having served as deputy director of construction services for another major engineering firm. He recently served as senior project engineer providing construction engineering and inspection services for the Florida Department of Transportation District 5 projects, including the $205 million I-95 Volusia County Widening project, Wekiva Parkway Section 4 (the first of eight sections to be constructed), the $41 million John Young Parkway Flyover Steel Bridge and the $38 million SR 46 Bridge over Lake Jesup. In addition, he served as deputy director for the General Engineering Contract for FDOT District 1.

DeLorenzo holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Central Florida. He participates in the local chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers, FDOT construction career days and is active in his church.
