Security Program Management

Most organizations need an effective and professionally managed security and emergency preparedness program, but many cannot justify a full-time position for a qualified Security and Emergency Program Manager or Director. TranSystems can provide part-time and as-needed security and emergency program management with highly experienced and credentialed security professionals.

TranSystems' security professionals provide initial program development, including custom facility security policies and procedures, facility emergency planning, continuity of operations planning, security awareness training for employees, employee screening/background checks, and selection of a contract security officer provider. Our ongoing program management involves periodic initial or recurring security awareness training for employees, regular updates to security policies and procedures, testing of emergency plans through drills and exercises, inspection and testing of security systems, and monitoring contracted security officer performance.

TranSystems consultants provide security program management for a wide variety of clients, including local, state, and federal government facilities; transit agencies; freight rail organizations; intermodal facilities; airports and related facilities; manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing companies; water utilities; electrical power generation and distribution companies; oil and gas refining and distribution companies; telecommunications and data centers; ports and maritime organizations; higher education facilities; and non-profit and cultural organizations.
