Security Service Management

Inconsistent and unmanaged security system maintenance, repair, and installation service can lead to poor system performance, extraneous costs, and vulnerable facilities.  Security experts and engineers from TranSystems field and manage all services calls, perform first level troubleshooting, and resolve remotely or dispatch the correct service resource.

When outside service must be dispatched, the troubleshooting already accomplished by TranSystems dramatically reduces costs and downtime associated with unprepared technicians and return trips. Service requests can be made by telephone or via a customized webpage, and service ticket status is available online to assure effective communication and prompt resolution.  Emergency calls are taken 24 hours a day, seven days a week. After a service call, TranSystems' experienced security staff reviews and analyzes all integrator invoices before approving for payment.

TranSystems consultants provide security service management for a wide variety of clients, including local, state, and federal government facilities; transit agencies; freight rail organizations; intermodal facilities; airports and related facilities; manufacturing, distribution, and warehousing companies; water utilities; electrical power generation and distribution companies; oil and gas refining and distribution companies; telecommunications and data centers; ports and maritime organizations; higher education facilities; and non-profit and cultural organizations.
