Kansas City, Mo. – TranSystems, an industry leader in providing complete solutions to the transportation challenges of its clients, recently announced that Frank Miller has joined the company as a Vice President of the Passenger Rail & Transit sector and is located in the Philadelphia Office. Miller will offer support to the firm’s architecture, engineering and planning (AEP) group. He brings 26 years experience as a recognized leader in planning, design, construction, inspection, project management, and track and facility engineering for major railway transportation and mass transit systems.

“Frank adds extensive knowledge and a diverse background to our freight railroad and passenger rail and transit sectors. He also enhances the existing senior leadership.
