The Tactical Response Force Alert Facility is a new 41,000 sqft, LEED Silver facility that is the first of its kind in the Air Force Global Strike Command. The building co-locates the 341st Security Forces Group Tactical Response Force alongside the 40th Helicopter Squadron to improve communication and organization, and to deliver faster response times to support the combat capability of the 341st Missile Wing. This $19.7 million project minimizes crew response times for 24-hour a day/7-days per week/365 days per year readiness. The facility supports planning, briefing, administration, alert response, life support, maintenance, and crew equipment storage and issue tasks. TranSystems (formerly BCE Engineers) provided mechanical, electrical, low voltage, and fire protection design.
