TranSystems prepared lighting design for MassDOT for the I-93/Route 3 interchange in Braintree (also known as the Braintree Split). The first phase of the project included investigation of the existing lighting system consisting of approximately 300 light poles fed by a single load distribution center and preparation of conceptual plans for its replacement. TranSystems final design features 15-150’ tall high mast lights with ten 627-watt LED fixtures each along with three new lighting load centers.
