Lori Labrum is named Transit Market Sector Leader at TranSystems.
She joined the company less than a year ago as Senior Vice President and West Transit Market and National Bus-Rapid Transit (BRT) Leader.
Since joining TranSystems, Labrum has made an immediate and significant impact on both our firm and the Transit Market Sector. With over 30 years of engineering and planning experience for transit agencies across the U.S., Labrum brings a wealth of expertise to her new role.
Labrum has planned and designed more than 200 miles of BRT systems, oversaw Utah Transit Authority’s 10.5-mile BRT project through Provo and Orem, Utah, and most recently was the consultant project manager on the University Line BRT in Houston.
This previous experience paired with her work at TranSystems makes Labrum well-equipped to drive success in our Transit Market Sector.
Labrum graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Utah and is a member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and the Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS).
