Land Right of Way (ROW) Services Contract

TranSystems (formerly OPC) received a Land Right of Way Services contract from San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E) for over $5 million. Our experienced Energy & Utilities project team has provided SDG&E with a variety of services including staff augmentation and multiple task order responses. Our Staff Augmentation services (also referred to as “in-lieu staff”) provides TranSystems staff to fill Right of Way positions on-site to assist with their real estate needs. Services we provide include compliance, prior rights research, easement document preparation, and negotiations in the field for overhead, underground, vault, propane tanks, transmission lines (power and gas), and related utility infrastructure within the project area. Our Energy & Utilities team has provided Native American Reservation Research including research of existing rights held for SDG&E facilities on Tribal Land to determine if additional rights are needed for their facilities.
