TranSystems provided turnkey site design and permitting services for Palisades III, a 5.6 acre commercial site development consisting of a 172,235 square foot office building and 154,000 square foot parking structure with 475 parking spaces. TranSystems provided survey, conceptual planning, traffic impact analysis, grading and drainage, stormwater management, erosion control, utility design, and led the site entitlement permitting through the City of Raleigh. Stormwater management for this site was accomplished with the design of two underground sand filters with additional detention provided.
